I played around with the EQ settings and tried enabling/disabling DTS, but the sound still sounded very weak. However, after connecting the headset to my PC and installing the SteelSeries Engine 3 software, I noticed that the sound just seemed 'flat', for lack of a better description. I just received my new Arctis Pro headset today and was very eager to try it out after reading reviews about how they are supposed to be one of the best gaming headsets for the price.
